We are a woman owned and operated auto repair shop. Our priority is to provide you with an honest price for excellent service. We offer oil changes, tune ups, brake service, belt replacements, tire rotations, buyers inspections and we do most general repairs.

We work with you so you understand what is going on with your vehicle and we help you manage costs by pointing out what needs to be done now and what could wait. We will not hold your car hostage.

    Nan, once again you pulled off a miracle! Our Jeep was running terribly and I asked you to check it out. You asked a few pertinent questions, told me to top it off with fresh gas, and see what happens.

    Runs perfectly now! You could have told us that it needed a new frammis and a pair of do-higgies and charged us through the nose instead of giving free advice! Try to find THAT kind of service at Zimbric!

  6. nan, still running the hell out of my little toyota van( and my granny’s taurus)…i got it( the van) at 120,000 miles, and it still goes about like it did when i purchased it, with the odometer at 280,000 miles( basically, i got 160,000 out of it)…so, what’s the point for all your customers??, well, i bought a haynes manual( i always do), and followed the ” p-m schedule”( found on the 2nd or 3rd page of the book), it tells you what to do, at how many miles of driving/months having passed…i feel this is a must-have for most non-mechanics( a wise 30 bucks spent to have the manual), anyway, the main reason my little van went this far, like a champ, was that i eliminated any fluid leaks, as they happened, and did not let the levels get low, or get dirty…i feel teaching your customers to fix all the leaks, of any fluid, to be the main way to get 160,000 miles out of their little used car, that you are maintaining for them…it’s as simple as that, used cars are sooo cool, if you buy a new car, you are basically buying 150,000 miles of driving, for 18-20 grand…the truth is, if you keep up on the maintenance, you can get the same 150,000 miles out of your used bucket, for about 6-7 grand…maybe less, so, used cars are cool, and it’s almost always better to fix the car you have, unless it’s rusted to pieces, you could replace the motor, the trans, ect…ect… and still have a waaays to go, before you reach the 18 thousand bucks that a new car costs, to get 150,000 miles down the road…it’s recycling at it’s finest too, since there’s a lot of slag that is produced when you melt-down an old car, it just seems wiser to utilize the vehicle in it’s current shape, until it’s no longer viable from rust, and then send it to “beer-can heaven”, where all the little cars go eventually, to hang out with lost yenko-camaro’s and 6-pack super-bees…i bet they have a guy that under stands ” p-m schedules there”…with quality parts/fluids for all…amen– ha,ha– :o)

    bottom line, almost every car in the junk-yard is there from damage incurred from a low fluid level, or dirty/contaminated fluid( that’s my two cents)– later…john k–

    I always get great service at Dutch’s Auto Service! They explain everything to me and make me feel comfortable within the auto mechanic customer service experience. If Dutch’s can fix it they have my business!

    Recently moved from California,deceased x was mechanic I learned a bit through osmosis,needed honest opinion of the state of my big truck after long haul.I called and was politely told it would be their pleasure to look that bad boy over .Two hours later,with a cup of water for my doggy,I got good info,that made sense as I do know it after 10 years.These ladies are all right,honest and I would recommend any single woman with any auto problems to check them out.I certainly will again.Thanks

  12. Just serviced our son’s car and saved him a bundle by fixing the real problem, not what the (faulty, it turns out) computer SAID was wrong! The dealer, on the other hand, wanted to fix things that needed no fixing!
